Biography

Adam D. Rafkin, Esq., has been a practicing attorney in Ruidoso since 1996. He handles primarily personal injury, catastrophic personal injury, nursing home, and medical malpractice cases. He is licensed in both state and federal court.
The types of cases handled include car and truck accidents, nursing home claims for neglect and abuse, and medical malpractice. Mr. Rafkin has tried cases to juries throughout New Mexico, as well as in federal and military court. In addition, he has tried approximately 150 criminal jury trials.
Mr. Rafkin served as an Assistant District Attorney in Lea County in 1994-1995.
