Adam D. Rafkin, P.C.

Mr. Rafkin has been admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico since 1994 and has been a practicing trial attorney since that time. He is also admitted to the 10th Circuit in Federal Court. His career started as an Assistant District Attorney for the Fifth Judicial District Attorney's office, encompassing Roswell (Chaves County), Hobbs ... along with other cities and counties. Subsequent to that, he was an active criminal defense attorney trying cases in all courts in the State of New Mexico and Federal Court. Mr. Rafkin has also participated in a military court martial proceeding as lead counsel. He has tried over 200 civil and criminal cases to New Mexico juries across the entire state of New Mexico.
