Rafkin Law — Fee Structure

Mr. Rafkin represents clients in personal injury and medical malpractice cases on a Contingency Fee basis. A Contingency Fee means that the attorney is paid a portion of any recovery at the end of the case. In the event a client does not prevail, then no fees are owed to the attorney.

Additionally, under this fee arrangement, the client is not responsible for funding the costs of the case, which can be thousands of dollars. Instead, the attorney pays for the costs of litigation while the case is ongoing. In the event the client obtains a recovery, those costs are paid back to the attorney out of the recovery.
